Public Showers in Arkansas

Brinkley

Road Ranger

This truck stop/travel center has several private shower rooms available for rent. Spacious with plentiful hot water and excellent pressure. Cleaned often and they even provide you with towels if needed.


Clarksville

Clarksville Aquatic Center

There are four private showers inside both the men’s and women’s restrooms. They are kind enough to let guests use the showers for free, but if you’d like to use the pool and other amenities, you’ll need to pay for a $10 day pass. Newer facility with clean showers, consistent hot water, and privacy abundant. Friendly staff, too!


Dardanelle

Mount Nebo State Park Bathhouse

There are a couple of free showers for public use inside of the bathhouse. To access these, you might need to pay for a State Park day entry fee, but it’s typically under $10. This facility is meant for the campers who are staying at the campground, but you can easily swing by and use them without issue.


El Dorado

Healthworks Fitness Center

For the price of a day pass, you can use the showers. They provide plentiful hot water and consistent pressure. They also have a steam room that you can use as well. Clean facility!


Eureka Springs

Eureka Springs Community Center

This is a very nice rec center that has several showers in the women’s and men’s restrooms. Gym is nice and included in the price of your day pass, so take advantage. Clean stalls with privacy.


Hot Springs

YMCA

This is a very nice place to shower with clean stalls. Tons of hot water and no time limits. You can use the gym too. Bring your own towel and shower shoes.


Little Rock

Jim Dailey Fitness and Aquatic Center

This is a nice facility with several private shower stalls available. Each one has their own curtain and soap dispenser so all you need to do is bring your own towel. You’re welcome to use the pool, sauna, and other amenities if they’re open. They even have a hair dryer for use if you need it.


Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff Aquatic Center

This is a newly constructed aquatic center with many public showers available. All you need to do to access is pay for a day pass and then you can use the entire facility which includes the pool. In addition to the open-stall showers, there are 4 private changing rooms with showers. Friendly staff but they do require you to use one of their clear bags (free) to carry your belongings into the place.


Springdale

Springdale Recreation Center

The rec center in Springdale offers a cheap guest pass for the day which gets you into the showers. Not very spacious but relatively clean and plenty of hot water.


St Joe

Tyler Bend Campground

There are a couple of free hot water showers available for public use at the Tyler Bend Campground. The water temperature may fluctuate a bit but the pressure is good. Not cleaned entirely often. Bring your own towel and shower sandals for a cleaner experience.


West Fork

Devil’s Den State Park

Just past the entrance, you’ll see a small building on the right (at the first right turn in the road.) Here, there are a couple of private showers for public use. The facility is heated and cooled year-round and the water is very hot. Relatively clean considering this is a State Park.


West Memphis

Pilot Travel Center

This is your standard Pilot truck stop with many private shower rooms available. Spacious rooms with tons of privacy. Each one has their own changing area, toilet, mirror, sink, etc. Plenty of very hot water with amazing water pressure. They provide you with towels and wash cloths if needed at no extra charge.
