Pilot Travel Center

Located just off of I-94, Exit 22, is another standard style Pilot truck stop that has shower rooms open to the public. Very hot water, spacious stalls, clean facility.


De Motte

Love’s Travel Stop

Standard truck stop showers with good pressure and endless hot water; no time limits. Clean stalls and friendly staff.

TA Travel Center

This TA truck stop has many showers available and they’re all very clean. Super hot water, spacious stalls.


Gary

Pilot Travel Center

Conveniently located off of Interstate 80 is this larger than average Pilot Travel Center that has 8 shower rooms available. No time limit, very hot water, friendly staff. Like most truck stops, towels are free to use.


Highland

Pilot Travel Center

One of the smaller Pilot truck stops out there. Only two showers available, so you might have to wait, but they are decent and clean. Nice hot water with ample pressure. Towels provided at no extra cost. Open to everyone; not just truckers.


Indianapolis

Thatcher Community Center

This place lets guests use their entire facility for a nominal fee. If you’d like to use only the warm water showers, there’s a chance that they will let you in for free. Ask the front desk. Not the cleanest facility, but it works in a pinch.


Michigan City

Speedway

Cheap shower for a truck stop. Relatively clean and no time limits. Endless hot water, good pressure. Friendly staff!


Nashville

Brown County State Park Showers

Located within the Brown County State Park is a small campground that allows outside visitors to use their showers, even if you’re not actually staying in the campground. Ample hot water with good pressure. Not always the cleanest, but it works for a nice wash up.


Portage

Indiana Dunes National Park West Beach Bath House

Many warm (coldish) water, open-stall showers that are free for public use. While they are typically used to rinse off sand, you can easily shower in them. Just don’t expect any privacy as this place gets busy.

Portage Township YMCA

If you register at the front desk, which requires filling out a short form and showing your ID, you can use the showers for free. Ample hot water and private stalls. Friendly staff!


Porter

Once you get into the park, you will find open-stall cold water showers that are free for public use. Located next to the beach and Indiana Dunes. Although typically meant for rinsing off sand, you could easily use them to wash up on a hot day.


Remington

Pilot Travel Center

Nice Pilot location with large shower rooms available to all. Unlimited hot water with clean stalls. Friendly staff will provide extra towels at no extra cost.


Spiceland

Flying J Travel Center

Massive Flying J truck stop located off of Exit 123 on Interstate 70. Very hot water with staff constantly cleaning the place. Towels and body wash/shampoo are complimentary.


Vincennes

Huck’s Food and Fuel

Standard truck stop with showers that are open for the public. Nicely updated, incredibly hot water, and good pressure. They clean each shower after each use and provided towels to use.


Whiteland

Flying J Travel Center

This is one of the largest Flying J Travel Centers in the state of Indiana. There are 15 private shower rooms so you’re likely not going to have to wait in line. Clean facility with excellent hot water and no time limits.
