Greys River Resort RV Park

Large room private showers open to the general public. You do not need to be staying at the RV park to use the place. Very hot water, spacious interior with a sink, toilet, and handicap grab bars in each room. Super nice!

Big Piney

Base Camp Laundromat

Coin operated showers inside this small laundromat. There’s a quarter machine on site so you can get change easily. Nice hot water with good pressure. Private rooms with locking doors, a bench, sink, toilet, and hooks for your towels.

Buffalo

Indian Campground & RV Park

This is a small but nice RV park/campground that has a few hot showers that are open for the general public. Although it’s closed during the winter, you can expect friendly staff, clean stalls, and privacy.

Casper

Casper Recreation Center

Although the facility is pretty dated, the showers are nice and clean. There are communal pole-style that are in the open but about half of them have curtains for privacy. Water pressure is extreme and the temperature is very hot. Steam room is worth checking out if you do end up coming here.

Cheyenne

Cheyenne Aquatic Center

Really nice indoor swimming pool with spacious private shower stalls in each of the locker rooms. Very hot water with good pressure. Quite clean for a public pool. Very friendly staff.

Curt Gowdy State Park Visitors Center

A couple very clean, nicely upkept private showers located within the State Park headquarters (aka visitors center.) Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Overall, a very nice facility with friendly staff. Bring your own towel!

Cody

Cody Recreation Department

Really nice rec center with shower-only passes available. If you arrive late (past 8PM) you may be able to enjoy a discounted rate. Very clean facility with many amenities if you decide to explore the whole place. Hot water, good pressure, friendly staff.

Colter Bay Village

Launderette and Showers

Only open during the summer months. But when it’s open, this is a nice place for a shower. Located next door to the general store in a convenient location for campers and non-campers who are simply passing by. Lots of private stalls with very hot water. Towels can be rented for an additional $3 each.

Dayton

Bear Lodge Resort

Really nice lodge with several hot showers open for public use. Towels are an extra $3. Facility is very clean and well kept. Good water pressure.

Douglas

Riverside Park

Located inside of the small brown building with yellow trim are two showers. One is located in the men’s and one is in the women’s restroom. Seems to be open all the time, however, probably not during the winter months. Pretty clean with ample hot water.

Gillette

Campbell County Recreation Center

With the price of a day pass, you can use the entire facility which has many amenities, including hot water showers. Private stalls in each of the locker rooms. Amazing water pressure and a very clean facility.

Jackson

Teton County Parks & Recreation

Super nice, upscale rec center with shower-only passes available. Water is very hot and the pressure is excellent. Modern amenities and interior with friendly staff. Many other features such as a hot tub, multiple pools, sauna, etc. if you feel like splurging on the $22 day pass.

Jenny Lake

Jenny Lake Campground Showers

Although only open during the summer months, you’ll find a public shower building along the campground loop. Tokens can be found at the ranger station at the entrance. Hot water, cleaned often, privacy available.

Lander

Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center

Communal showers within the locker rooms. Men’s is open stall, as is the women’s, but there are also a couple private stalls within the women’s. Water tends to be warm but not piping hot. Clean but dated facility.

Laramie

Big D

Small convenience store with a shower in each of the men’s and women’s restroom. Warm water, not hot, but good pressure. Somewhat clean and seems to be seldomly used. No time limit. Check-in with the front desk register and they will provide you with a towel.

City of Laramie Parks and Recreation

Really nice community center that has decently warm showers, although you cannot adjust the temperature. Small but private stalls. Clean facility and towels are provided if you need them.

Lovell

Lovell Camper Park

Located within the park are a few private showers that are completely free to use. Amazing hot water and good pressure, but a bit dirty at times. Closed during the winter months.

Mammoth

Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel & Cabins

Located behind the main hotel is are three private showers open to the general public. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Once you pay you will get a PIN for the door lock. Ample hot water with excellent pressure in a clean facility.

Manville

3 Sisters Truck Stop

Paid shower stalls with endless hot water and privacy for each. Towels (and extras) are provided at no additional cost. Employees clean the stalls daily so you’re assured a tidy experience.

Moran

Signal Mountain Campground

Although only open during the summer, this is a great place to stop for a hot shower. Good pressure, clean and private stalls with curtains. Tokens can be acquired next door inside of the laundromat. Relatively clean!

Newcastle

Kozisek Aquatic Center

Inside of the city swimming pool, you’re able to use the showers-only without any cost. Although it’s a bit awkward that the pool is inside of a high school, the general public is welcome here. Just be sure to check-in with the front desk before entering. Very hot water, clean stalls.

Pinedale

Pinedale Aquatic Center

Nice indoor pool with clean a clean facility throughout. Many amenities including a climbing wall, gym, hot tub, etc. The showers are spacious and private and offer unlimited hot water. Employees seem to be very nice too!

Yellowstone Trail RV Park

Very clean private showers that are open to the general public. With your fee, there’s no time limit and you get a towel, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Showerhead has multiple functions so you can adjust the spray pattern. Closed during the winter months.

Pine Haven

Keyhole State Park Showers

Although you do need pay to gain access to Keyhole State Park, they have a small building for the campground that has coin operated showers in it. Open to all, not just campers. There is a change machine outside if you need it. Water is pretty hot and has good pressure. Facility gets cleaned often. Closed during the winter months.

Riverton

Riverton Aquatic Center

Communal showers located within each locker room. Multiple showerheads emit warm water (not hot) but with very good pressure. You cannot adjust the temperature. Relatively clean but can be busy with lots of kids.

Sinclair Gas Station

Truck stop style showers at the Sinclair gas station. Only a couple of stalls available but they’re private with no time limit and very hot water. Regularly cleaned with towels available to borrow. Each room has a toilet, sink, and outlets.

Rock Springs

Rock Springs Family Recreation Center

Excellent rec center with communal showers in each locker room. Very hot water at a set temperature. There’s many amenities here such as a pool with a lazy river, gym, basketball court, steam rooms, and even an ice rink. Relatively clean.

Saratoga

Saratoga Hobo Hot Springs

Very unique place where you have free access to natural hot springs and showers. Each spring has varying temperatures but there are many to choose from. Just be aware that the showers are communal with no privacy. Definitely worth checking out!

Sheridan

Sheridan County YMCA

Really nice, recently updated YMCA with shower-only passes available to anyone who stops by. Check-in with the front desk and register. You will need to sign a waiver and show your ID. Their locker rooms (and shower stalls) are very clean and provide ample hot water. Private curtains on each stall. There is also a family shower that’s much more spacious.

Ten Sleep

Splash Pad at Vista Park

Located within Vista Park is a cool splash pad, but there’s also a couple of cold water showers that are free to use. Water pressure is good and the area is very nice.

Ten Sleep RV Park

A few small but nice showers open to the public at the Ten Sleep RV Park. Nice and clean with ample hot water, although the stalls are quite small. No time limit and very friendly staff.

Thermopolis

Hot Springs State Park Bath House

This is an amazing place to stop for a quick dip in 104 degree natural hot spring water. As a bonus, there’s a free hot shower and everything is free. They ask you to limit your shower to 20 minutes but that’s long enough.

Wamsutter

Love’s Travel Stop

Love’s truck stop with many private shower rooms available to the general public. Each room is cleaned regularly and has its own toilet, sink, mirror, hooks, and chair. They do provide you with towels and there’s complimentary soap within each stall.

West Thumb

Grant Village Showers

Many private shower stalls with no time limit on the hot water. Open during the summer months only. Excellent pressure and clean throughout. Pay the front desk cashier before entering, since the doors are locked. Closed between 1 and 3PM on a daily basis for cleaning.

Wheatland

Wheatland Travel Plaza

Really nice travel plaza/gas station that has a few private shower rooms open to the public. Soap and towel provided upon check-in. Locking stalls that seem to be cleaned often. Amazing water pressure and endless hot water without a time limit.

Worland

Phillips 66

Small gas station with public showers available. Small and a bit crammed but it works. Hot water with good pressure. Needs to be cleaned more often but it’s not that bad. Bring your own towel.

Yellowstone National Park

Canyon Campground

Unlimited hot water showers in private spacious stalls. Good water pressure in a clean facility. As with all Yellowstone locations, closed during the winter months.

Fishing Bridge Laundry and Showers

Located just outside of the RV park is a small building with several private shower stalls open to the public. You do not need to be camping here to access these. Very hot water, clean!

Old Faithful Inn

One of the nicest pay shower options around. Beautifully tiled shower stalls with shampoo, conditioner, and soap all stocked and ready to use. Towels are provided and they’re quite plush and luxurious. Impressive and clean facility with friendly staff!!
