Nice State Park campground with showers open for public use; you can use them even if you’re not staying in the campground. Check-in with the camp host and they will assist you with kindness. Clean stalls, no time limit, very hot water.

Charleston

Love’s Travel Stop

Very nice Love’s truck stop that has many private shower rooms open for public use. While the price may seem a bit steep, the rooms are very private and offer spacious showers with no time limit on the unlimited hot water. Towels provided, stalls are cleaned after each use. Charged by room, not by person, so you and your partner can shower for the price of one.

Clarksville

Spring Creek Campground

Although the price is cheap, the facility is not kept very clean. Water does not get entirely hot, but has decent pressure. Somewhat sketchy campground, but it is what it is. Works in a pinch.

Cornersville

Tennessean Travel Stop

Very nice truck stop that is a step about your standard travel center. Amazing showers in a nicely updated facility with unlimited hot showers and cleanliness throughout. Seriously one of the nicest truck stops in the country for an incredible showering experience.

Dandridge

ONE9 Travel Center

Essentially a Flying J truck stop with 6 private shower rooms available. Very clean place with friendly staff who provide extra towels at no cost. Unlimited time, very hot water with great pressure. Complimentary soap/shampoo included in each stall.

Denmark

TA Travel Center

Standard TA truck stop with showers available to the general public. Clean stalls with nice showerheads that provide endless hot water. Towels are included in the price.

Dickson

Love’s Travel Stop

Typical Love’s truck stop with shower rooms for rent. Very spacious and clean with no time limits and unlimited hot water. As with any Love’s location, you’re able to share the room with your partner at no additional cost.

Gatlinburg

Gatlinburg Community Center

Communal showers located inside the Gatlinburg Community Center. Sometimes they’ll let shower-only guests come in for a wash up without charging. But often they are available for a low price. Expect no privacy, but the place is very clean.

Greenville

Davy Crockett TA Travel Center

This TA has a cool Davey Crockett theme that offers spacious shower rooms for public use. Facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. Towels provided; no time limit. Very good pressure and ample hot water.

Harriman

Anytime Fitness

Very nice gym that lets guests access the entire building with a day pass. Showers are in private stalls in each restroom and have endless hot water, good pressure, and no time limit. Clean place that seems to be well kept. Small towels are available at the front desk at no extra charge.

Hillsboro

Love’s Travel Stop

Very nice Love’s truck stop with many shower rooms for rent. Large stalls that are cleaned often by the friendly staff. Endless hot water; no time limits. Towels provided at no extra cost.

Holladay

Just another Love’s truck stop with shower rooms available. Cleaned after each visit with ample hot water, no time limits, and free towels to use. Friendly staff and open to all.

Lenoir City

Love’s Travel Stop

This is your standard Love’s truck stop that’s a bit more-outdated than other location, but still nice. Large private shower rooms available to all with towels included. Each room has many amenities such as a toilet, sink, hair dryer, towel hooks, bench, and mirror. Plentiful hot water and great pressure.

Memphis

Love’s Travel Stop

Yet another Love’s truck stop with many showers for rent. The facility is kept very clean and the rooms are private. Unlimited hot water and no time limits. Friendly employees who will give you extra towels if you need them.

Monterey

Spacious Skies Campgrounds – Belle Ridge

The Spacious Skies Campground has a guest pass available for a nominal fee. This gives you access to several private shower stalls (with locking doors) and access to their natural spring swimming pool. No time limit, lots of hot water, and great pressure. Staff is friendly and cleans the facility often. Detachable showerheads.

Nashville

Coleman Park Community Center

This is a really nice rec center located in the heart of Nashville that offers free showers to guests. Just check-in with the front desk and they’ll show you where to go. Private stalls with great pressure and very hot water. Staff is very friendly. Showers are only available to the public from 6 to 8AM daily.

Newport

Newport Community Center

These are open stall showers without privacy, in a communal area in the restrooms. While the price is very reasonable at just $1 per person, guests are only allowed to “shower only” between 1PM and 3PM daily. Relatively clean with friendly staff.

Time Out Travel Center

Located directly off of Interstate 40 is this truck stop that has many showers available for guest use. Warm water, not very hot, but it does the job. Clean facility with ample privacy. The showers are located in the back of the gas station; check-in with the front desk and they’ll show you.

Pioneer

TA Travel Center

This is your typical TA truck stop that has many private shower rooms for rent. These are spacious and provide very hot water with no time limit. Cleaned after each use and includes a toilet, sink, mirror, bench, and hooks in each room. Towels are provided at no extra cost.

Sevierville

Sevierville Community Center

Very clean facility with many hot showers that have been recently renovated. Very hot water with excellent pressure and private stalls. No time limits and employees seem to be very friendly and accommodating.

Stanton

Pilot Travel Center

Brand new truck stop (as of 2025) with some of the nicest pay showers available. Nicely updated with high pressure showerheads, unlimited hot water, and complimentary towels. The smell of cinnamon rolls from the Cinnabon is a nice bonus when you get done washing up!

White House

Love’s Travel Stop

Typical Love’s with many paid shower rooms available to the public. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly after each use. Plentiful hot water with excellent pressure. Towels are provided at no extra cost.
